CoinCrafters previously offered the Ben Franklin $100 Bank Note Collectible Copper Coin Ring as part of our handcrafted copper coin ring collection. Although this copper ring is no longer available, we're preserving this article as part of the history of our coin jewelry and craftsmanship.
The bold design of the collectible copper round featured imagery inspired by the $100 bill, including Benjamin Franklin and Independence Hall. Its detailed design and strong contrast made it particularly well suited for turning into a coin ring.

About the Ben Franklin Bank Note Coin Ring
Each Ben Franklin Bank Note Copper Coin Ring was individually handcrafted from a collectible copper round. The finished ring weighed approximately 0.75 ounce and measured 11.4 mm in height. When this design was part of our collection, we made the rings in sizes ranging from 9 to 16.
A Little About the History of the $100 Bill
Benjamin Franklin is pictured on the $100 bill and provided the inspiration for this collectible copper round. Franklin was one of the Founding Fathers of the United States and remains one of the most recognizable figures depicted on U.S. currency.
The $100 bill is one of two U.S. banknote denominations currently featuring someone who was not a President of the United States. The other is the $10 bill, which features Alexander Hamilton.
About the Copper Round We Used for This Ring
The copper round used to create this ring paid tribute to Benjamin Franklin and the imagery of the $100 bill. It was a collectible copper round rather than legal-tender currency.
One side features a portrait of Benjamin Franklin, one of the most famous Founding Fathers of the United States. The reverse features Independence Hall in Philadelphia, where both the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States were debated and adopted.

The Ben Franklin Bank Note design was one of four collectible copper coin rings previously handcrafted by CoinCrafters. The collection also included Liberty or Death, The Last Laugh Memento Mori, and Don't Tread on Me.
Although these copper rings are no longer part of our current collection, we're keeping this article and its original photograph as a record of some of the coin jewelry designs we've created over the years.
